Summary
FleaFind shows information about flea markets in Switzerland. We do not sell personal data. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are only activated with your consent. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and runs without consent.

3. What data we process
- Technical access data: IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited, timestamps

- Voluntary submissions: market reports sent through the submission form
4. Hosting — Vercel
FleaFind is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you load a page, Vercel processes technical data such as IP address, browser, and requested URL in order to deliver and secure the website. Data may be transferred to the United States and other countries. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
5. Database — Supabase
Market data and submitted information are stored in a Supabase database located in the EU. Legal basis: legitimate interest / performance of a contract.
6. Vercel Analytics
FleaFind uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless aggregated analytics tool. No personal identifiers are stored. Processed data includes the visited URL, referrer, approximate location, browser, and device. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
7. Google Analytics 4
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to analyze website usage. Processed data includes page views, events, browser, device, approximate location, and cookie identifiers (_ga, _ga_*). Data may be transferred to the United States (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework / Standard Contractual Clauses). Legal basis: consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings. Retention period: 14 months.
8. Microsoft Clarity
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to analyze click and scroll behavior and to create heatmaps and session recordings. Processed data includes clicks, scroll depth, page navigation, browser, device, session replay data, and cookies (_clck, _clsk). Form fields are masked. Data may be transferred to the United States. Legal basis: consent. Withdrawal: cookie settings.

Technical logs: according to Vercel policies. Google Analytics: 14 months. Microsoft Clarity: according to Microsoft policies. Cookie preference: 365 days.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time. We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Data transmission takes place over encrypted HTTPS connections.
