FleaFind is an independent online directory for flea markets, brocantes, vide-greniers, and secondhand markets in Switzerland. FleaFind does not organize markets, sell tickets, accept bookings, or represent market organizers.

These terms of use apply to all visitors and users of www.fleafind.ch across all language versions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, there is no affiliation between FleaFind and the listed markets, organizers, venues, or municipalities. Listing a market does not amount to an endorsement or confirmation.

FleaFind collects market information from public sources, organizer websites, municipalities, and user submissions. We aim to keep information current and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, correct, or up to date. Dates, opening hours, locations, entry prices, and organizer details may change without notice.

Before traveling to a market, users should verify current information directly with the organizer or through official sources. FleaFind is not liable for travel costs, missed visits, or losses resulting from outdated or changed market information.

Users may submit markets through the submission form. By submitting, the user confirms that the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and does not contain unlawful content. FleaFind may review, edit, translate, reject, or remove submitted content without giving reasons and without any obligation to publish it. By submitting content, the user grants FleaFind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish the submitted content for the operation and improvement of FleaFind.

Submissions containing false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or spam-like content, or content that infringes third-party rights, are not allowed.

FleaFind contains links to external websites. FleaFind is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of external sites.

The design, text, database structure, logos, and original content of FleaFind are protected by copyright. Private, non-commercial use is permitted. Automated scraping or commercial reuse without permission is not allowed.

FleaFind may update, interrupt, or discontinue the website at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, FleaFind is not liable for damages arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or changed market information, cancellations, travel costs, missed visits, external websites, or temporary unavailability. Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides for another forum. For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.
