Wiesenplatz, 4057 Basel

The Quartierflohmarkt Klybeck/Kleinhüningen opens up two of Basel's northernmost neighbourhoods along the Rhine for one Sunday a year. Private residents set up stalls in gardens and courtyards across both districts — follow the balloons or the map to find them all. Wiesenplatz serves as the central bring-and-take point, while the Ackermätteli hosts a community group stand and a children's play afternoon run by Robi-Spiel-Aktionen. A characterful corner of Basel that rewards the trip. One of 17 neighbourhood flea markets organised across Basel by Verein Stadtprojekt throughout the season.
