The Quartierflohmarkt St. Johann brings one of Basel's most vibrant neighbourhoods to life for a full Saturday in August. Private residents set up stalls across the district — just follow the coloured balloons. This year's edition includes a special Lysbüchel extension, with the car-free Lothringerstrasse leading into the newly developed Lysbüchel area packed with stalls, games, and food. The bring-and-take point is at St. Johanns-Park by the Badhüsli on Elsässerstrasse. One of the bigger and more festive editions in the Quartierflohmi series. One of 17 neighbourhood flea markets organised across Basel by Verein Stadtprojekt throughout the season.
