St. Alban-Pfalz, 4052 Basel

The Quartierflohmarkt Breite/St. Alban opens up two of Basel's most characterful southern neighbourhoods for one Sunday a year. Private residents set up stalls in front of their homes, in gardens and courtyards throughout both districts — follow the balloons or the map to track them all down. St. Alban-Pfalz serves as the central meeting point, hosting the bring-and-take action throughout the day. A quieter, greener corner of Basel well worth discovering on foot. One of 17 neighbourhood flea markets organised across Basel by Verein Stadtprojekt throughout the season.
